DINOSAUR Spinosaurus Teeth

DINOSAUR Spinosaurus Teeth

The species that these dinosaur teeth are from is SPINOSAURUS.

Spinosaurus is one of the most  well known Dinosaurs and  had a

sail on its  back. It is not known what the “sail” was for but theories

include heat regulation, buoyancy in water and display (Both for

defensive or mating purposes). It lived for less than ten million years

around 90 to 100  million  years  ago in what is now northern Africa.

Spinosaurus fossils are found in Egypt and Morocco. It was one of

the largest land carnivores and predators that ever lived.

Spinosaurus was both a terrestrial and marine predator and fish

was a large part of its diet. In the jurassic park films, Spinosaurus

is often one of the feared Dinosaurs.

At the Crystal warehouse we have lots of Spinosaurus teeth for you to look over and add to your fossil collection.
