Note that there is a repair on this tooth. This is common and most Spinosaurus teeth have repairs because the tooth is much softer than the surrounding matrix and is very difficult to cut out.
Cretaceous age Dinosaur Tooth from Morocco

The species that this dinosaur tooth is from is SPINOSAURUS. Spinosaurus is one of the most  well known Dinosaurs and had a "sail" on its back. It is not known what the “sail” was for, but theories include heat regulation, buoyancy in water and display (Both for fighting and for mating purposes). It lived for less than ten million years around 90 to 100 million years ago in what is now northern Africa. Spinosaurus fossils are found in Egypt and Morocco. It was one of the largest land carnivores and predators that ever lived. Spinosaurus was both a terrestrial and marine predator and fish was a large part of its diet. In the Jurassic Park films, Spinosaurus is often one of the feared Dinosaurs.
